Affinity Schedules (part of the Affinity Dashboard) is the go-to for real-time costing. There are two places managers can go to view costing information, and to compare scheduled costs and actual costs against pre-loaded budget and sales figures.

Period Analysis screen

Accessed via the Actions > Costs menu in the Flexi Schedules screen, the Period Analysis screen provides managers with information while they are building a schedule.

Managers use this screen to compare the cost of a day or a week against the budgeted cost of wages, or the expected sales for the same day or week.

Cost Analytics screen

The Cost Analytics menu option on the top nav opens up the Cost Analytics screen.

Managers can select from five different views, each displaying timesheet and schedule cost information in both grid and graphical format:

Period Analysis
Start/Finish (default view)
Detailed Costs
Employee Analysis
Pay Detail

There is also an option to export costings data into a CSV file. Managers use this module for regular reporting, monitoring, and planning.
