Affinity Schedules is a self-service app that can be made available to any customer. Employees use it to view their current and upcoming work schedules. Managers use it to create work schedules, and manage the hours worked by individual employees and teams. Managers can:

Create a library of predefined, repeating schedules that can be allocated to a single employee or an entire team. Good for employees who tend to work the same days, times and shifts for extended periods. Managers can create generic work schedules for teams (‘team schedule’), or allocate a long-term personal work schedule to a single employee (‘personal schedule’).
Override any employee’s schedule for a selected day using the Flexi Schedules feature. This allows managers to quickly respond to events such as employees calling in sick just before their shift begins.
View all current schedules in one screen, including periods of leave and unavailability, and all scheduled time colour-coded by type (flexi, personal, team).

Affinity Schedules is also where managers can access all of that amazing comprehensive real-time costing mentioned above. They can track productivity, and planned vs actual time to better understand performance against budgets. The Flexi Schedules feature lets managers tweak existing schedules to optimise employee allocations (and therefore productivity) because they can see in real time how things are tracking. This also allows them to more closely track costs.
