If all timesheet days for an employee are showing 01000 then no rules have been paid for that employee. There are two possible causes. First, the employee has no TA_AWARD setup in Affinity. Second, a new rule was recently imported and the TA_AWARD specified in the Filter Rule column doesn’t match the employee’s TA_AWARD setup.

On page 1 press F5.
If there is a TA_AWARD for this employee, check the import spreadsheet and make the necessary correction to the filter rule.
If there is no TA_AWARD for this employee, ask the client to:
- Go into Affinity, open the employee masterfile and select the T&A tab.
- Put the employee masterfile into edit mode, select an award from the TA Award lookup, then save the masterfile.
- Navigate to Main Menu>Payroll>Processing>Update (Comms) and run a full comms.
- In Clever Timesheets, re-approve the employee’s affected timesheets.
Once the client has done this, repeat steps 1-2. The shift should now be showing correctly for those days.
If there is still a problem, run a few checks to make sure the rule and the overall spreadsheet contain no errors:
- Is your filter rule statement expressed correctly, using the correct casing and operands?
- Are there any hidden commas or carriage returns anywhere in the spreadsheet?
- In statements used in the Filter Rules and Conditions columns, are all terms expressed exactly as they should be with no typos?
- Is TA_AWARD expressed as either TA_AWARD or TAAWARD with no spaces and all uppercase?
- If a start/finish filter rule, check that the time the employee actually worked is captured within that particular rule.
Once all the corrections are made, re-import the spreadsheet then reverify the timesheets.
