For clients using T&A rules, you need to make sure that the system recognises public holidays transactions coming in from either MSS or the Public Holidays app in the Dashboard. This is achieved by recording 10 as the shift parameter in both.
For clients using MSS, ensure that all public holidays have 10 in the Shift column.
For clients using the Public Holidays app, the Shift field should always contain a value of 10.
