Background

Whenever a new T&A import is done, and things have changed since the last import (new rules, changes to existing rules), the person doing the import needs to ensure that any timesheets and work schedules that existed prior to the latest import reflect those changes.

Timesheets and schedules created after the latest import will take on the changes automatically. This process is called 'reverification' and it is usually more common in the project stage, and less common once the company is live.

Reverification essentially forces timesheets and schedules to take on new and changed rules. For one or two employees, this can be done simply by re-approving the timesheets in Clever Timesheets. For larger volumes of employees, Affinity offers a bulk reverification service in ProServer which is available on request.
