What is a worker type?
Worker types define an employee's employment status. For example: full-time, part-time, casual. See the Affinity Help Centre for the entire list.
Affinity gives you the ability to assign a worker type to every employee via their employee masterfile. This is mandatory: all employees must have a worker type recorded.
