Introduction
The Leave Import app is used by Affinity staff to import bulk employee leave records to Self Service Leave (SSL) via a CSV file. It's particularly useful when importing future-dated leave application records during new customer implementations, but can be used for existing customers as needed.
The app only creates new records, it does not override existing leave applications. Timesheets will not be created for imported declined (status code 2) leave application data. Once imported, records appear in the leave history masterfile (Leave Application tab).
