
Before you begin
Ensure that the project manager has created a sub-folder called Customer Shared Folder in the active project folder and provided you with the email addresses of those who can access it.

Giving access to customers
Navigate to Customer Shared Folder in the active project directory.
Click the Share icon.
When the window appears, enter the email addresses provided by the project manager into the Add a name, group, or email field.
You'll be advised that these email address are external to our organisation, and this is OK.
Add a message. A template is provided below for you to customise as required.
Click Send.
