GL Interface | The GL module/interface in Affinity Payroll Admin is configured. This is the newest, preferred version. |
GL Exe FMS | The GL executable sits outside of the Affinity Payroll Admin database that stores the GL configuration. A file is exported from ProServer after payroll processing, imported to the GL executable, and this is where the GL mapping and processing takes place. |
