Types of GL implementations
GL TYPE | GL TYPE OVERVIEW |

No GL | No Affinity GL configured. |
Affinity GL Module | The GL Module in Affinity is configured. This is the newest, preferred version. |
GL Exe FMS | The GL executable sits outside of the Affinity database that stores the GL configuration. A file is exported from ProServer after payroll processing, imported to the GL executable, and this is where the GL mapping and processing takes place. |
GL Exe PMS | The GL executable sits outside of the Affinity database that stores the GL configuration. A file is exported from ProServer after payroll processing and sent to the client who imports it into the GL executable, and this is where the GL mapping and processing takes place. |
