Introduction

What is a PIR?

A post-implementation review (PIR) is crucial in evaluating the success of a software implementation project. It helps gather insights from both our internal team and the client to improve future projects. Information is gathered via meetings and a client survey.

What is its purpose?

A PIR aims to:

  • Assess the overall success of the project.

  • Identify what worked well and what did not.

  • Highlight areas for improvement.

It is meant to be nuanced, taking in perspectives from both Affinity and the client to enhance future implementations. Although each project will have different objectives and deliverables, the PIR process doesn't change.
